Bookings made require a £100 Non-refundable deposit, we can only hold your date once this has been paid. After sending your first quotation we keep your date free for 14 days. Your deposit is deducted from your final balance and your final balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding date. No changes can be made after balance stage (3 weeks before your wedding). Unpaid balances will result in a default in your contract and for us to then supply your flowers. Lateness in balance payments can incur extra charges if non pre order flowers become more expensive. If you decided to cancel, the following charges apply. From booking to 6 months prior to event = Loss of booking fee. 3-6 months prior to event 50% loss of balance. 1-3 months 75% loss of your balance. 1 month before 100% cancellation charges will apply.
We will make every effort to keep to your agreed flower choices, however on rare occasions we may have to substitute a particular flower due to circumstances beyond our control. If a particular flower is unavailable on the day we reserve the right to alter or replace with a similar style, colour and to the same value.
We can not be held responsible for any injuries or damage sustained as a result of broken glass or materials that are used on the day.
All items supplied on a hire basis will be collected from the venue within 24 hours after your wedding, unless otherwise indicated. Any breakages or missing items supplied will need to be paid for in full. All replacement costs can be supplied on request.
We can not be liable or responsible for failure to carry out our agreed obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including adverse weather conditions, and wrongly detailed instructions from the couple.
By paying your deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.
If venue visits are required by us it is the couples responsibility to make us aware of this. Please allow at least two months before your wedding for this to be completed.
Once wedding flowers have been delivered on your wedding day, we can no longer be responsible for their care. Please ensure all flowers, once delivered, are kept cool.
We only take on one wedding per day as we offer a bespoke service and like to give each wedding our undivided attention.
Currently we do not pay import charges, when importing flowers. This may change after we leave the European Union and current trading regulations change. We will advise you of any changes if this occurs.
