It is advisable to book your florist as early as possible for your wedding date. If you decide to have The Flower Mill provide flowers for your wedding day, bookings made require a £100 Non-refundable deposit due within fourteen days of your consultation to secure your date. Until this is paid your date will not be held. The deposit is deducted from your final balance. Final balances are due 3 weeks before your wedding date, if you decided to cancel, 100% cancellation charges will occur at final balance stage.
We will make every effort to keep to your agreed flower choices, however on rare occasions we may have to substitute a particular flower due to circumstances beyond our control. If a particular flower is unavailable on the day we reserve the right to alter or replace with a similar style, colour and to the same value.
We can not be held responsible for any injuries or damage sustained as a result of broken glass or materials that are used on the day.
All items supplied on a hire basis will be collected from the venue within 24 hours after your wedding, unless other arrangements have been made for you to return. Any breakages or missing items supplied will need to be paid for in full. All replacement costs can be supplied on request.
We can not be liable or responsible for failure to carry out our agreed obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including adverse weather conditions.

Once wedding flowers have been delivered on your wedding day, we can no longer be responsible for their care. Please ensure all flowers, once delivered, are kept cool.
We only take on one wedding per day as we offer a bespoke service and like to give each wedding our undivided attention.
Being a completely bespoke service, we do have a minimum spend of £700 on each wedding as we tailor make each wedding for each client We can be flexible on a minimum spend level with clients who get married at venues we decorate on a regular basis, or venues we are recommended by on their data base, a minimum spend can be reduced for various reasons at the discretion of The Flower Mill.
We work on a first come first served basis and do have multiple enquires for dates. We can only guarantee a booking once a deposit has been made. We do have a waiting list system in placed for clients who wish to be placed on this where we have already had one or multiple enquires.
Once booked your original quote can be changed but we are afraid we are unable to reduce the overall cost by more than £200 due to the commitment made to take on your wedding booking.
