Bookings made require a £100 Non-refundable deposit, to secure your date. Your deposit is deducted from your final balance, your final balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding date. Unpaid balances will result in a default in your contract and our obligation to you. If you cancel our services, cancellation charges can apply. 3-6 months before your wedding 20% of your overall costs. 1-3 months before your wedding 50% of your overall cost. 1 month before your wedding full balance.
We will make every effort to keep to your agreed flower choices, however on rare occasions we may have to substitute a particular flower due to circumstances beyond our control. If a particular flower is unavailable on the day we reserve the right to alter or replace with a similar style, colour and to the same value.
We can not be held responsible for any injuries or damage sustained as a result of broken glass or materials that are used on the day.
All items supplied on a hire basis will be collected from the venue within 24 hours after your wedding, unless otherwise indicated. Any breakages or missing items supplied will need to be paid for in full. All replacement costs can be supplied on request.
We can not be liable or responsible for failure to carry out our agreed obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including, but not limited to adverse weather conditions, ill health or events that arise that do permit us to be able to carryout our intended obligations . We will keep you informed and advise you of any event arising as soon as we know. In the relevant situation we supply you with a freelance florist we use or give details of alternative florists you could prospectively book, in the latter case a full refund will be given.

Once wedding flowers have been delivered on your wedding day, we can no longer be responsible for their care. Please ensure all flowers, once delivered, are kept cool.
We only take on one wedding per day as we offer a bespoke service and like to give each wedding our undivided attention.
Currently we do not pay import charges, when importing flowers. This may change after we leave the European Union and current trading regulations change. We will advise you of any changes if this occurs.
Personal Data we collect from you to enable us to provide our service may include full names, postal address, telephone number, email address, additional data that relates to your enquiry. We do not pass your details on to any other persons. We will only use information given to us to communicate with you, your venue and other services involved in your wedding and for delivery purposes.
